ADMISSION STATEMENT

Admissions Policy

3e International seeks to offer educational opportunities to all eligible students whose families identify with the school's core values and support the school's academic program. We aim to maintain a co-educational environment and allow for a diverse student population, though, in compliance with local Chinese government regulations; the school is only permitted to accept applications from children who hold a foreign passport, who have at least one parent holding a foreign passport, or who are residents of Hong Kong, Macau, or Taiwan.

Children with Special Educational Needs

Children with special needs will be enrolled in 3e on a case by case basis as evaluated by the Administrative team. 3e may not be able to accommodate children with severe disabilities. There will be no more than 1 child with special needs per class. Should there be a need for an aide or additional support for any child, that will be at the cost of the parent and arranged co-operatively by both the parents and 3e.

Initial Application Procedure

• 1. Make an appointment for a school tour through the office of admissions. (8610) 6437-3344.
• 2. Once you have decided on 3e, fill out the application form completed and sign the document. Also include the following in order to reserve your space in the class roster:
  • a) A copy of your child's passport
  • b) A copy of a parent's passports
  • c) 1500 RMB non refundable and non-transferable application fee. Please refer to the admissions checklist for complete procedures.
• 3. Before your child begins classes, all other applicable forms from the application packet must be completed and on file.
