Applying to 3e
Once you have decided on 3e, fill out the application form completed and pass the following materials to admissions office.
Step 1: Formal application
□ Copy of child’s passport.
□ Copy of both parent’s passport.
□ Copy of visas.
□ Applicants from Hong Kong, Macau, or Taiwan, please complete BMEC Application form by contacting the admissions office. This form is required by the Beijing Municipal Education Commissions branch of the Chinese Government and needed for review/approval before admissions is granted.
Step 2: Completion of necessary forms upon acceptance
□ Non-refundable application fee of RMB1,600 paid.
□ Pre-enrolment Conference with class teacher scheduled. (Only applicable to mid-year enrollments)
Step 3: Completion of enrollment procedures and payment
Students may not begin school until processes are completed.
□ Pre enrolment conference with class teacher attended. (Applicable to midyear enrollments only)
□ Parent Handbook received and acknowledged.
□ Tuition paid in full.
